Printer Paper Orientation - Labels, Wristband/Armbands

Summary

Print-outs are printing incorrectly or to the incorrect cassette drawer.

Instructions

Ensure the correct printer is selected for the print job. Look at the cassette on the printer and ensure they match the printer properties. E.g. "Dublin-East Nurse Station-Wristbands". This tells the printer to print to that cassette drawer.

If you don't see the printer as an option, it can be added manually.

Click on the Windows Start icon on the lower left of the screen and begin typing "printer" and you'll see the option "printer and scanners". Click on it.
Click "Add a printer or scanner. It will begin searching printers throughout the Nobis network. Scroll through the printers until you find the printer you want. Click on it and select "Add device". It will download the driver to the computer. *Note: if the program you are using is still opened while adding the printer, it may not show unless you refresh the printer list or program you are in.*

Adhesive face down. Holes align to the left and down in the tray.

Armbands/Wristbands
