If the issue is related to connectivity, we suggest trying some basic troubleshooting first, such as checking the network cable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide remote assistance for this hardware, as it is not compatible with our system. If there is a connectivity issue, we recommend having your maintenance team inspect the ports and file a ticket with IT if the issue is on our end.
